On May 26, 2023, NOVARESE, Inc. was approved by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) for the initial listing of its shares on the TSE Standard Market. Since our founding in 2000, we have been working to create new value for the world through weddings, under our corporate philosophy “Rock your life: We want to be a company that provides vitality to society.”

As a result of the pandemic that has raged since early 2020, the business environment surrounding the bridal industry has changed dramatically, and at an unprecedented speed Despite these circumstances, we have continued making tireless efforts to reform our company, and taken on various challenges. As a result, business performance recovered significantly during the fiscal year ended December 2022.

The pandemic gave me a renewed sense of appreciation for how wonderful weddings are, as events where you can truly feel the joy and value of meeting your loved ones, and share that moving emotional experience with others. It also made me realize, once again, that our work makes people feel happy and energized.

Rather than prioritizing short-term growth of profits, we will continue to contribute to society through weddings that provide deep, heart-moving emotional experiences and bonds, and aim to be a company that is trusted by society.
